- 2 oz Plymouth Gin
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
Method
- In a chilled mixing glass, combine ingredients.
- Fill mixing glass with cracked ice and stir until outside of glass is frosty and the drink is diluted to taste, 30 to 40 seconds.
- Strain into an ice cold coupe and garnish with the ingredient of your choice — lemon, onion, or olive.
