Astrobin.com is sort of the Flickr for astrophotographers. It’s often the source of the images that NASA awards Astronomy Photo of the Day (APOD), something I hope to grab one day. Thes images link to a lot more of the in-depth detail on how these images were captured and more information about the objects caputed within these frames via a celestial map overlay.
