This is a play on the classic Brandy Daisy cocktail, adding complexity in herbal liqueur and pineapple syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Syrup
- 1 tsp Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
Method
- Add all ingredients to shaker.
- Add ice, shake about 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express twist and garnish.
