Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 2 dashes Boker’s or Pimento Bitters
Method
- Combine all ingredients in shaker.
- Fill tin with ice and shake for 15 seconds until well diluted.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
