- 1 oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz John D. Taylor Velvet Falernum
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
- 1/2 oz Orgeat
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Method
- Add all ingredients to shaker.
- Add ice, shake about 15 seconds.
- Double-strain over fresh ice in a double old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with slapped mint sprig.
