Another amazing creation that dcame out of Death & Co. NYC, Joaquín Simó created this in 2011. Lemon adds tartness, St Germain sweetness and of course Green Chartreuse bring all that herbal complexity as well as a fair amount of proof to the drink. And it remains well-balanced despite the strong smoke mezcal brings to the party.
Ingredients
3/4 oz Mezcal 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 3/4 oz Aperol 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
Method
Place ingredients in shaking tin, add ice, shake for 15 seconds.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with lime twist.

This is a delicious tequila, lime and grapefruit drink softened by the floral fortified wine, Lillet Blanc.
Ingredients
1 oz Tequila Blanco 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 1/2 oz Pisco or Rhum Agricole 1/2 oz Grapefruit Syrup 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc 1/2 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur 1 tsp Campari 2 drops 20% Saline 20g Salt, 80g Water

This equal-parts variant of the Prohibition-era Last Word , smoky mezcal steps in to play the role of gin from the original.
Ingredients
3/4 oz Mezcal 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 3/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
Method
Place ingredients in shaking tin, add ice, shake for 15 seconds.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with lime twist.

This drink is a riff on the Hemingway Daiquiri subbing Gin for Rum.
Ingredients
1.5 oz London Dry Gin 1/2 oz Aperol 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Fill tin with ice and shake for 15 seconds until well diluted.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish.
