El Presidente

Enjoyed this variation of a Cuban classic cocktail during a presidential debate in early Fall, 2020. I added 1/2 ounce of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice because my raspberry syrup wasn’t very tart.

Elder Fashioned

The Elder Fashioned (or Elder Fashion) was created in 2007 by bartender Phil Ward at New York City cocktail bar Death & Co. It revolutionized modern mixology by completely swapping the traditional components of a classic Old Fashioned with modern, floral, and citrus-forward ingredients.
