Dos Besitos for a Crowd

Quarantine Cocktails

Dos Besitos for a crowd! For the small and socially distanced party we held in honor of our son Noah the night he became a Bar Mitzvah, I knew I needed to come up with a tasty cocktail for the couple of families who joined us in our backyard celebration. Dos Besitos (literally “two kisses”) fit the bill. For Party of 8 8 x Guests at 1.5 Servings each = 12 Total Servings Total volume = 42 oz.

Fire in the Orchard

Quarantine Cocktails

After a freezing evening of astronomy, I thought “Fire in the Orchard” this would fit the bill. Created at No 9. Park in Boston, the fire comes from Del Maguey single-village origin mezcal, while apple brandy and pear liqueur supply the fruit. Lemon and agave give balance to the mezcal’s smoke.
