- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Orgeat
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in shaker.
- Whip shake until the sound of the ice in your shaker is gone.
- Strain over crushed ice in a double old- fashioned glass.
