- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Method
- Prepare sugar rim on chilled coupe by rubbing cut lemon along rim and rolling in sugar (optional).
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Double- strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express oils from orange twist over top of drink, notch on edge of rim.
