That drink is equal parts bourbon, bittersweet Aperol, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, and Amaro Nonino. Here, we go with a Mexican- influenced version, subbing tequila for bourbon. It has no grapefruit, but you would swear that was half the ingredients. Avion de Papel is a super refreshing and worthy variant of a modern classic.

- 3/4 oz Forteleza Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Method
- Add all ingredients to shaker.
- Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or twist.
