- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz St-Germain
- 1/2 oz Cynar
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Syrup
Method
- Combine ingredients in shaker.
- Add ice, shake well for 10-15 seconds, then double- strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with candied grapefruit peel, a by-product of creating grapefruit oleo saccharum, as well as a fresh lemon twist.
