- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
Method
- Combine all ingredients in shaker, fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- You’ll want to shake extra hard to get that pineapple juice to froth up nicely.
- Strain over a big rock in an old-fashioned glass.
