The Gin Gimlet is essentially a gin daiquiri, a deeply refreshing drink ideally mixed with home-made lime cordial.

Gin Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Lime Cordial

Method

  • Shake with ice until chilled and diluted, 15- 30 seconds.
  • Strain into chilled coupe.
