Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
- 1/2 oz Plymouth Navy Strength Gin
- 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express oils from twist over, rub along glass rim and notch on edge of rim.
