For the small and socially distanced party we held in honor of our son Noah the night he became a Bar Mitzvah, I knew I needed to come up with a tasty cocktail for the couple of families who joined us in our backyard celebration. Dos Besitos (literally “two kisses”) fit the bill. Single Serving
Ingredients
- 1 part Aged Tequila
- 1 part Blanco Tequila
- 3/4 part Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 part Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/4 part Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp Grenadine
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
