Yes, time does fly. Today we celebrated Sam’s second birthday with a brunch meeting of our monthly חבורה (chavurah) group. Since it’s still Passover, we enjoyed a yummy ice cream cake with a Pesadich brownie crust - but Sam certainly didn’t mind. The joy on his face as everyone gathered around and sang Happy Birthday was just contagious - you can see him basking in the joy of the moment in the photo with Amy above. Dad created two yummy fritatas (salmon and leek with chevre, wild mushroom and asparagus) - and they were gone in minutes! And Sam is already enjoying his djembe drum we picked up for him to fulfill his never-ending quest for just the right thing to bang on. Click here for the full gallery.
